McDonalds Pombal - Fault Voltfang Battery

I got your contact from Júlio Neves. The votfang batterystorage systems at the mcdonalds branch in Pombal is in a fault stage.

Since 13.03.2026 we don't have any conection to our controlling system (revpi) via internet. It is not yet confirmed that the system in itself has a fault or "just" the network connection. Regardles, we need to gain contact to the battery storage system, to see if the batteries are being operated in the required operation window - either via our platform (which requires an internet connection) or via Schneider Electric (if you or they can provide proof through their controlling system).

Therefore I have the question if you have connection to your EMS / control, which controlls our storage systems?
